Sangeeta Shukla presently Associate Professor and Head of the Business Communication Area at the Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida.


She has done her Doctoral Research in English Language. She holds a Masters Degree in English as well as a Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management. She is a Thomas International certified professional and can perform Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) and Human Job Analysis (HJA).


She has more than fifteen years of academic experience and has taught Business Communication , Intercultural Communication , Managerial Communication and Leadership Communication courses. She has published several research papers and case studies in various national and international journals. Her current areas of research interest are – Business Communication, Intercultural Communication, Corporate Communication and Gender.


Sangeeta Shukla is the Editor of ‘Vrittant’, the BIMTECH Newsletter. She is also a member of the editorial team for SAGE Journal –‘South Asian Journal for Business Management Cases’.


Sangeeta has been conducting Management Development and Training Programmes for senior executives of several public and private organizations like NTPC, Powergrid, NHPC, Pearson, IFFCO, GAIL Expressions India, Goldman Sachs, to name a few.
