Birla Global University Win in Basketball and Badminton.
CUTM, Paralakhemundi conducted Sports Fest 2018 under the mentorship of Dr. Supriyo Mondal, Sports Offcer, Birla Global University (BGU) and Mr. Bhawani Sankar Sahu, Basketball Coach of the Cricket, Badminton and Basketball teams from BGU participated in the different tournaments during this Sports Fest. BGU Basketball team emerged as winners exhibiting an exemplary performance throughout the tournament. Mr.Nirupam Sharma of BGU bagged the Men singles trophy in Badminton. BGU Cricket and Badminton Double teams also performed well in the Sports Fest and were the semifinalist Winners and runners up of different tournament were awarded with cash prizes, certificates ard Trophies during the closing ceremony in presence of Dr. Susanta Kumar Patnaik, Dean Student Affairs, CUTM and Mr. Govindarao ltraju, Sports Director and Organising Secretary of CUTM.
