Behavioural changes is key for sustainable happiness
Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar organized the commencement day program of newly admitted students of MBA on 23 June 2022. Mr. Kamal Prakash, Director, Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Group, Kolkata graced the function as the chief guest. Mr. Ranjit Sinha, Former Head-GSC India Site Support & University Relationship Program, Ericsson India Global Services, Noida graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour.
The program started with the rendering of the University Anthem and lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Mr. Kamal Prakash, delivered the commencement day address and said that students should be a good learner and bring behavioural changes for sustainable happiness. He also spoke on the importance of collaboration in future endeavours. Mr. Ranjit Sinha spoke on the importance of being technology savvy and develop industry required skills for excelling in the corporate world. Prof. P. P. Mathur, Vice-Chancellor, Birla Global University gave the presidential address and said that students should ignite the spark in them and be ready and adapt to any situation. In his speech, Prof. B. K. Das, Registrar, Birla Global University said that students should look for innovative ideas and solutions for societal problems. Prof. P. Nayak, Dean, Birla School of Management gave the welcome address and welcomed all the students and the dignitaries. While addressing the students, he advised them to be prepared for a future which is very unpredictable and uncertain. The commencement day concluded with the vote of thanks by Dr. Archana Choudhary, Associate Professor, and MBA Program Coordinator, Birla Global University. The functions was attended by Deans of other schools, faculty members, parents and newly admitted students of MBA program were also present.
