A blood donation camp was organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) and Rotaract club of Birla Global University, Gothapatna, Bhubaneswar in collaboration with the Red Cross Blood Bank, Capital Hospital Bhubaneswar. Total 85 units of blood were donated by the students, faculty and staff members of the University. The objective of the camp was to foster youth to encompass the humanitarian call to donate blood and incite others to do likewise. The members of the organizing body of the event were Dr. Suvendu Kumar Pratihari, Prof. Ashna Siddiqui, Dr. Snigdha Mohapatra, Dr. Siddharth Misra, Prof. Lopamudra Nayak and Prof. Suresh Golle.
