Students of the first admission batch of BBALLB were welcomed at Birla School of Law, Birla Global University in a Commencement Day Program here Thursday.
The program was inaugurated by lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Chief Guest, Justice BK.Nayak, Chairman, Odisha State Law Commission and Guest of Honour Prof Jayadeb Pati, Advisor School of Law. SOA University, in the presence of Dr. Sudhakar Panda- Vice Chancellor BGU, Dr.BK Das - Registrar BGU, Prof.Lalit Kumar Deb- Dean Birla School of Law and Dr.P Nayak, Dean, Bida School of Management, faculty, parents and students.
Prof.Deb in his welcome address assured the new batch of providing the best of teaching and other facilities from the University. Dr.Nayak warmly welcomed the guests and the new batch of BBALLB students. He deliberated on the need to be disciplined, focused and having a positive attitude to be successful. Guest of Honour Prof Jayadeb Pati said that aspiring legal professionals need to be focused and committed towards attainment of their career goals.
