At Birla Global University, Faculty Development Programs & Workshops are designed for the Management Educators to develop competence in understanding recent advances in management research, to learn to improve pedagogies and to better presentation skill to become an effective management faculty. It organises regular FDPs in the areas of General Management, Econometrics, Research Methods, Case Teaching, Innovative Teaching Learning Practices etc with the objective of disseminating knowledge to the larger academic and practitioner community alike. Besides, each faculty member is encouraged to attend training programs and FDPs which would lead to skill building and knowledge enhancement in their chosen area of specialization.
