Birla Global University successfully completed the One Week Faculty Development Program(FDP) on "Applied Financial Econometrics for Research" organized by its School of Management held from 24th January to 30th January 2022. The FDP was attended by Faculty Members and Research Scholars from various Universities and Institutions. The FDP was designed to provide practical orientations to the participants in the areas of Financial Econometrics and Time Series Data Analysis. Both theories and applications of Financial Econometrics were discussed in the program. Mathematical and statistical models and their uses in areas of Finance were also covered in the Program. Participants were given hands-on experience in software like Eviews, R, SPSS, and Excel.
