The Research and Development Cell of Birla Global University successfully conducted a Five-Day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Research Methodology, bringing together 75 participants comprising faculty members, research scholars, and academicians from diverse disciplines.
The FDP was designed to strengthen research competencies and equip participants with advanced methodological and analytical skills required for high-quality academic research and publication. The programme covered a wide range of topics including Foundations of Research Methodology, AI-Assisted Research, Research Design and Data Collection, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), fsQCA (Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis), and Research Report Writing.
The workshop featured eminent resource persons including Prof. Arun Kumar Giri (BITS Pilani), Dr. Ajay Chouhan (Founder, SixthQ Researchh LLP), Dr. Manas Kumar Pal, Dr. Piyush Gupta, Dr. Bandita Sahu, Dr. Indrajeet Kumar, and Prof. Archana Choudhary from Birla Global University.
The programme was organized under the patronage of Prof. Kulbhushan Balooni, Vice Chancellor, Birla Global University whose continuous support facilitated the successful conduct of the FDP.
